After 11 years in banking sector, Neşen Yücel co-founded Stage-Co Platform in 2013, at the time Turkey’s first independent startup community platform. Since then, Neşen works with local and international startups as a mentor & consultant and is an experienced trainer for startups; loves facilitating and organising events, has her signature on tens of workshops, trainings, hackathons in the last 10 years. In 2013, she co-founded CoderDojo Turkiye with Patrick Bosteels, Turkey’s first and leading volunteer network to teach children how to code. Thousands of kids started coding through the dojos all around Turkiye.
In 2019, Neşen co-founded Urla Coworking, creating a hub for artists, makers, startups and people ready to cocreate, cowork and collaborate from all over the world.
